Since opening in 2011, owners Tony Topi and Mark White have welcomed guests with warm hospitality, hearty dishes, and a lively lounge featuring weekly live entertainment.
Tony and Mark first crossed paths in 2001 at Vinny Testa's in Shrewsbury, where they worked side by side - Tony as a bar back and Mark as a chef. The experience of opening and growing that restaurant together shaped their friendship and fueled their vision. Many of the flavors and inspirations that define The Mill's concept today can be traced back to those early days at Vinny Testa's.
